A pile of lumber turns into a swing set once these go on the ends. We cast the brackets as single pieces without weld seams, then pack them with four matching hangers and the through-bolts. You supply the posts, the top beam, and the drill bits.
Single piece castings
Each bracket comes out of the mold in one piece. There are no welded seams along the corners to split under rain, and the green finish covers the alloy entirely.
Drilling the posts
Slide the top beam through before fitting the legs. Mark your spots through the cast holes, run an electric drill through the timber, and tighten the included bolts with a wrench.
Four matching hangers
The pack includes four hangers for two swing seats. Each one houses a sealed bearing so the swing moves quietly without the iron-on-iron squeak of an open eye bolt.
Lumber to gather
The box has the brackets, hangers, washers, and bolts. You buy the lumber locally so you can choose straight, dry timbers that slide into the sleeves without force.
