What to settle before you order
Wool traps air, and air is what keeps the cold of a concrete floor or a frozen yard out of a boot. These are cut to standard shoe sizes and are meant to be trimmed: lay your old insole on top, follow the toe with scissors, drop the new one in.
They are thin on purpose, so the boot still fits with a sock. Thin sheepskin gives you warmth, not arch support, and we do not claim it does anything for a foot condition. If you need support, you need a different product from a different kind of shop.
Sheepskin insoles: sizing up, and cutting to fit
You can always cut an insole smaller. You cannot make one bigger, which decides the whole sizing question.
